Keep your kids engaged over the holidays with our fun and beneficial mindfulness workshops. Each child will participate in three engaging types of mindful practice and create an awesome craft to take home. In this first of two workshops they will create a Nature Mandala.


Because of the fast pace of our modern world and all its distractions, experts believe kids need to be taught the crucial skills of being self-aware and in the present moment. Research shows that mindfulness supports mental health and wellbeing and helps kids to build positive relationships and make decisions. Nature Mandala one-day workshop

Mandalas are circular, meditative patterns found in many spiritual traditions and throughout nature. They’re said to represent harmony and wholeness; an expression of both the macrocosm of the universe and the microcosm of the mind, or the self. Creating a mandala can be a mindful, therapeutic and insightful process.


In this workshop, each child will use petals, leaves and sticks to mindfully express their self through their own nature mandala to hang up at home.

This workshop is suitable for children ages 6-10 years.
