Discover how to use Ayurveda and Yoga to better manage health imbalances, bringing harmony to body, mind and spirit.

In Ayurveda (Yoga’s sister science) the body is seen as wise. In this context untoward physical symptoms, rather than being a nuisance or a curse, are seen as the body’s attempt to get you back on track. To align with the deepest part of you and to help you realise your full potential as a human being.

Listening to the body-mind for optimum health

In this half-day workshop, you will be given some simple tools to help you discover the root cause of chronic physical symptoms and how to create the conditions for healing to take place.

Drawing from Ayurveda, Yoga and somatic (body-oriented) psychotherapy you will get a better understanding of what your body-mind is saying and what practical steps you can take that will make a difference to your day-to-day experience of living.

We will also look at case histories from Shaun’s medical practice where this kind of approach has been extremely beneficial in healing chronic disease and in the promotion of wellbeing.

Examples include:

hypertension, arthritis, fatigue states, irritable bowel and food intolerance, to name a few.
